Takaful Islami Insurance PLC on Tuesday held its 144th meeting of board of directors, said a press release.
Chairperson Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting held at Dhanmondi in the capital Dhaka.
Among others, chief executive officer Abul Kalam Azad, additional managing director Mohammad Selim, CFO Mohammad Mamunul Islam and company secretary Mohammad Shaheen Miah were present.
In the meeting, the company鈥檚 board of directors approved the second quarter financial statement (un-audited) for the year 2025.
