Mercantile Bank Training Institute has organised a month-long foundation training programme for 14th batch management trainee officers of Mercantile Bank PLC, said a press release.
MBPLC managing director Mati Ul Hasan inaugurated the programme on Sunday.
A total of 24 officers are participating in the training programme.
In his inaugural speech, Mati Ul Hasan advised participating officers to be strictly compliant with banking ethics and guidelines and be proactive in providing excellent customer service to customers of the bank.
The bank鈥檚 senior management team was also present at the inaugural event.
The event was moderated by MBTI principal Javed Tariq.
