4th annual general meeting of Citizens Bank PLC was held on Saturday at the head office in Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Chowdhury Mohammed Hanif Shoeb, chairman, board of directors of the bank.
Among the directors, Mukhlesur Rahman, SM Shofiqul Hoq, Tajkia Rahman, independent director NKA Mobin, sponsor shareholder Rakibul Islam Khan attended the meeting.
Alamgir Hossain, managing director of the bank was also present.
