The 25th annual general meeting of Standard Insurance Limited was held on June 25 at virtually by using digital platform.聽
The meeting approved the Directors report and Financial Statement-2024 and 10 per cent cash dividend.
The chairman HTM Quader Newaz, directors Mahmuda Begum, Husna-Ara-Begum, Tasmiah Rahman, Faria Rahman, Hasnat Mosharraf, Hasib Mosharraf, Director, Faheem Mosharraf, Mohammad Ali, Md Humayun Kabir and attended the AGM,
Chief executive officer Md Abdul Matin Sarkar and company secretary Mohammad Kowser Munshi were also present in the meeting.
The meeting also approved of changing of registered name of the company to 鈥� Standard Insurance PLC from Standard Insurance Limited鈥�.
A large number of shareholders were present in the meeting.
