Syed Moinuddin Ahmed has been elected chairman of DBH Finance PLC during the company鈥檚 158th board meeting, said a press release.
He has been a member of the DBH board since September 2019, nominated by Green Delta Insurance PLC, and has been serving as vice-chairman since May 2024.
He also serves as additional managing director of Green Delta Insurance.
He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Dhaka.
