DBH Finance PLC has recently held its 29th annual general meeting on virtual platform, said a press release.
At the AGM, shareholders approved 15 per cent cash dividend and 2 per cent stock dividend for the year ending December 31, 2024.
Chairman AMR Chowdhury presided over the AGM.
Among others, vice-chairman Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, directors Nazir Rahim Chowdhury, Khandkar Manwarul Islam, Imran Rahman, Nausheen Rahman, managing director and chief executive officer聽 Nasimul Baten and company secretary Jashim Uddin were present.
