Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC on Thursday held its 29th annual general meeting through a virtual platform, said a press release.
Chairperson Sadia Rayen Ahmed presided over the meeting. Shareholders approved 10 per cent cash dividend and 10 per cent stock dividend for the year 2024. They also approved audited financial statements of the bank for the year ended December 31, 2024.
The AGM approved re-appointment of Tang Yuen Ha, Ada as director of the bank and appointed PKF Aziz Halim Khair Choudhury, CA as external auditor and Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co, CA as corporate governance compliance auditor.
