Md Shahidul Islam has been promoted to deputy managing director of Jamuna Bank PLC, effective from April 28, said a press release.
Prior to joining Jamuna Bank, he held several branch managerial positions at Prime Bank PLC and Islami Bank Bangladesh.
He is an alumnus of the University of Dhaka and has completed specialised training in Malaysia, Singapore and Bangladesh on Islamic finance, risk management and trade operations.
