Managing director of the state-run Padma Oil Company Limited Md Abdus Sobhan has sent his resignation letter to the Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation.
鈥楾he resignation of Padma Oil Company鈥檚 managing director Sobhan is under process,鈥� deputy secretary Shahina Sultana, secretary of the BPC, told BSS on Thursday.
She said that as per the procedure, his resignation process will be completed through the approval of higher authority.
鈥業鈥檝e received the resignation letter from postal service yesterday,鈥� Shahina Sultana said.
Md Abdus Sobhan sent his resignation letter to the BPC with his signature on May 8.
