A three-day science fair began at Milestone College to enhance students’ skills in science and technology education on Tuesday.
Organised by Milestone College Science Club, the event for young scientists is supervised by the club’s moderator vice-principal Mizanur Rahman Khan, said a press release.
The colourful science fair was inaugurated by Milestone College principal Mohammad Ziaul Alam. Vice-principal Professor Zahirul Huq and vice-principal for administration Md Masud Alam were present as special guests at the inaugural ceremony.
This year, 1500 students of classes IX, XI and XII are participating in the fair and more than a hundred projects are displaying.
The fair is being held at Kamaluddin Seminar Hall on Milestone College campus in Diabari of Uttara.
