Bangladesh Police has announced cash rewards for anyone who will help to recover missing police firearms and ammunition, according to a statement issued by the Police Headquarters on Wednesday.
As per the announcement, a reward of Tk聽5 lakh will be given for each recovered light machine gun, Tk聽1.5 lakh for each sub-machine gun, Tk聽1 lakh for each Chinese rifle, and Tk聽50,000 for each pistol or shotgun.
Besides, a Tk聽500 would be rewarded for every round of ammunition recovered, the statement added.
