Metro rail services on Uttara-Agargaon section resumed at about 3:00pm on Sunday after a two-and-half-an-hours hour suspension on Sunday.
The services came to a halt at about 12:30pm on the day after a pedestrian was killed as a bearing pad crashed on him from metro rail line in Dhaka鈥檚 Farmgate area.
Dhaka Mass Transport Company Limited project manager ABM Arifur Rahman said that the services on Uttara-Agargaon section resumed at about 3:00pm.
The company managing director Md Faruque Ahmed said that they did not know when the services on Bijoynagar to Motijheel section would be resumed.
