Bangladesh interim government on Monday appointed new secretaries to water resources ministry, social welfare ministry and the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Division.
The public administration ministry issued three separate gazette notifications regarding the appointments.
Md Mokabbir Hossain, senior secretary of science and technology ministry, has been transferred to water resources ministry.
Rehana Perveen, executive chairman of the National Skills Development Authority holding secretary rank, has been appointed secretary to the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Division.
Mohammad Abu Yusuf, additional secretary of the Finance Division, has been promoted to the rank of secretary and posted to social welfare ministry.
