In the ongoing countrywide operations, 1,751 more crime suspects were arrested and seven firearms and huge ammunition were seized in the past 24 hours.
In accordance with a press release of Police headquarters, 1,044 of them were arrested in previous cases and pending warrants while 707 others on various criminal charges.
Three foreign revolvers, two single barrel guns, two shooter guns, 74 rounds of bullet, one cartridge and one magazine were seized during the operation.
