To preserve the memory of martyrs of the July Uprising, the first ‘July Martyr’s Monument’, implemented by the ministry of housing and public works, will be inaugurated on Monday at 3:00pm in Narayanganj under the July Resurgence Programme 2025.

On the anniversary of the victory, the ministry of housing and public works is constructing ‘July Martyr’s Monuments’ across the country in memory of the martyrs of the July Uprising, according to a press release.


As part of the programme, the first one will be inaugurated at Narayanganj on Monday.

Law, justice and parliamentary affairs and expatriates’ welfare and overseas employment adviser Asif Nazrul, industries and housing and public works adviser Adilur Rahman Khan, education adviser Professor Chowdhury Rafiqul Abrar, environment, forests and climate change and water resources adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan, youth and sports and LGRD and cooperatives adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain and cultural affairs adviser Mostofa Sarwar Farooki will join the event.
