A teenage workshop worker died after the cornice of a wall collapsed on him in the capital鈥檚 Aftabnagar area early Tuesday.
The deceased is Ramzan, 16, son of Md Selim, a resident of Pakuria village under Sherpur Sadar in the district.
Ramzan was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital around 2:00am in critical condition, but doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Inspector Md Faruk, in charge of the DMCH police outpost, said that the body was kept at the hospital morgue.
