Former student leader and industrialist Mesbah Uddin Ali has been appointed as convener while local government department鈥檚 joint secretary Hafizullah Khan Liton appointed as member secretary of the convening committee of the Dr Muhammad Shahidullah Hall Alumni Association of Dhaka University.
The convening committee was formed at a meeting held at the Officers鈥� Club in Dhaka on Friday, said a press release on Saturday.
The newly elected convener and member secretary pledged to fulfil their responsibilities with dedication to achieving the goals and objectives of the association.
They will also form a full-fledged committee through a general meeting in a short time.
