Publishing house Oitijjhya has paid tribute to poet, essayist, translator Abdul Mannan Syed publishing a collection of his translated poems titled Matal Manchitra.
The book was published on Thursday, marking the anniversary of the death of Abdul Mannan Syed, said a press release.
鈥楳atal Manchitra鈥� contains poems and detailed introductions to poets, including Edgar Allan Poe, Rainer Maria Rilke, Juan Ram贸n Jim茅nez, Federico Garc铆a Lorca, Harry Lee Poe, Percy Bysshe Shelley, John Keats, Paul 脡luard, Octavio Paz, Rafael Alberti and Antonio Machado.
Earlier, Oitijjhya has published Mannan Syed鈥檚 literary works including, 鈥楯anmandha Kabitaguchcha鈥�, 鈥楴azrul Jeebanee鈥�, and 鈥楽udhindranath Dutta: Kalo Surjer Niche Bahnutsab鈥�.
