Premier Group and Premier Bank Foundation, founded by HBM Iqbal, recently received approval to conduct educational programmes at Sheikh Hasina University of Science and Technology in Bashgari, Kishoreganj, said a press release.
The university organised a reception programme and live concert for successful students of HSC or equivalent exam 2023 and SSC or equivalent exam 2024. HBM Iqbal is the founding chairman of the university, which has started the admission process for the summer session on Saturday.

The Dr Iqbal Education World, which is situated on 300 acres of land, will host Sheikh Hasina University of Science and Technology along with Medical College and Hospital, Polytechnic Institute, Engineering Degree College, Nursing Degree College and Sports Academy.
Z Rahman Premier Bank School and College has already been established there along with a branch of Premier Bank PLC.
