Muhtasin Ahmed Ridoy and Khoi Khoi Marma won the men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 singles titles of the Federation Cup Table Tennis Championship, which concluded at the Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Indoor Stadium in the city on Monday.
Ridoy defeated Ramhim Lian Bawm 3-0 in the men鈥檚 singles final while Khoi Khoi beat Sonam Sultana Soma 3-2 in the women鈥檚 event.
Earlier in the semi-finals, Ridoy beat Javed Ahmed while Ramhim beat Imrul Kayes Emon to secure their berth in the men鈥檚 singles finals.
In the women鈥檚 singles event semi-finals, Khoi Khoi beat Sadia Rahman Mou while Soma defeated Asma Khatun Lata.聽
Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation鈥檚 managing director Mohammad Fazlul Kader handed over the prizes among the finalists as the chief guest in the closing ceremony of the four-day-long competition.
