AB Bank PLC, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Bank鈥檚 SME and Special Programmes Department under SICIP project, has inaugurated a month-long 鈥楨ntrepreneur Development Programme鈥� in Barisal.
According to a press release, through this month-long training programme, entrepreneurs will gain essential business knowledge and skills, enabling them to access formal banking services and contribute meaningfully to sustainable economic development.
BB Barisal Office executive director Madhusudan Banik was present as chief guest in the inaugural ceremony held recently.
AB Bank SME banking head Iftekhar Enam Awal presided over the event.
BB Barisal Office joint director and SICIP deputy programme director Md Ayub Ali and joint director Molla Al Mahmud were present as special guests.
Senior officials from AB Bank were also present at the event, along with 25 promising young entrepreneurs from the Barisal region.
