Mercantile Bank PLC on Thursday opened Alipur sub-branch under its Khepupara branch in Patuakhali, said a press release.
Sponsor director ASM Feroz Alam inaugurated the sub-branch virtually as chief guest at an event held at the bank鈥檚 head office in the capital.
Managing director Mati Ul Hasan presided over the event.
The bank also held an inaugural event at the sub-branch premises located at Khan Bhaban, Alipur, union-7 no Latachapli, Mohipur in Patuakhali.
Deputy managing directors Md Zakir Hossain, Shamim Ahmed, Ashim Kumar Saha, Md Zahid Hossain, CFO Tapash Chandra Paul, SEVPs Shah Md Sohel Khurshid, Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan and HR head Md Salahuddin Khan were present at the head office.
Meanwhile, VP and branches division head Mohammad Hossain, AVP and Khepupara branch head Md Faruk Shikder and Alipur sub-branch in-charge Mohammad Imam Hossain were present at the sub-branch premises.
