The 395th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday at the corporate head office of the bank.
The meeting was presided over by SJIBL chairman AK Azad. The board approved a number of investment proposal.
Vice-chairmen of the bank Mohammed Younus and Mohiuddin Ahmed, directors Md Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Md Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jabun Nahar and Fakir Mashrikuzzaman were present.
Alternate directors Mohammad Muslah Uddin Khan and Mohammad Mosud, independent directors Ekramul Haque, Nasir Uddin Ahmed and Md Reazul Karim were also present in the meeting.聽
Besides, managing director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and company secretary of the bank Md Abul Bashar also took part in the meeting.
