Shafiuzzaman has joined Social Islami Bank PLC as managing director on Thursday, said a press release.
Prior to assuming the role, he served as additional managing director and chief credit officer at Bank Asia PLC.
He began his career in 1994 as an executive at United Leasing Company Limited, now United Finance Limited, and later spent 14 years at ONE Bank PLC.
He holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
