A fire broke out at the densely populated Sattala slum at Mohakhali in the capital on Wednesday.
The fire was reported at about 2:30pm and it was brought under control at about 3:20pm, Fire Service and Civil Defence media cell鈥檚 warehouse inspector Md Anwarul Islam said.
The fire was doused at about 4:30pm, FSCD said in its whatsapp group.聽
The cause of the fire was yet to be identified and no casualties were reported so far, the fire service authorities said.
