The police recovered the hanging body of a Higher Secondary Certificate examinee from his bedroom at a house in the East Nayatola area of Moghbazar in Dhaka Saturday morning.
The deceased is Raghib Nur, an HSC examinee from Biam Model School and College.
The police and the members of the family said that the body was found hanging from a ceiling fan at about 7:00am after opening the door with a reserved key.
Raghib鈥檚 uncle Mohammad Selim said that they rescued his nephew and rushed him to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead at about 8:45am.
He said that his nephew was in love with a girl.
DMCH police outpost in-charge Md Faruk said that the body was kept at the hospital morgue for post-mortem examination.
Hatirjheel police station officer-in-charge Mohammad Raju said that the victim鈥檚 mother filed an unnatural death case with his police station.聽
