Bangladesh interim government finance adviser Salehuddin Ahmed on Tuesday said that they were considering the announcement of the dearness allowance for the government employees soon.
He gave the disclosure after a meeting of the advisory council on government purchases at the Bangladesh Secretariat.
The finance adviser added that a committee had been working on the issue.
The committee will give recommendations to the finance adviser in this regard soon.
