Muggers with a white private car snatched the handbag of a woman clad in sari and dragged her with the car in front of Greenland Tower in the capital鈥檚 Siddheswari area early Saturday.
The video of the incident went viral on social media shows that the woman in a blue sari with a trolley bag standing in front of the tower.
Later, a man snatches the woman鈥檚 handbag opening the glass on the left side of the private car and later drags the woman with the car when the trolley bag is left on the road.
Dhaka Metropolitan Police Ramna Zone assistant commissioner Md Abdullah Al Mamun told 抖阴精品 on Sunday evening that they noticed the video and contacted the victim woman.
鈥楾he incident took place at about 5:45am on Saturday. We have primarily identified one driver and the man who dragged the woman. The process for taking legal actions was under way,鈥� said Abdullah.
He said that the police were investigating the incident and trying to detain the muggers.
