Adviser to the Ministry of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary affairs Professor Asif Nazrul said that India鈥檚 refusal to extradite ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina, who is accused of genocide, would be a clear violation of the extradition treaty between Bangladesh and India.
