Protesting Janakantha journalists, management at loggerheads聽

Protesting journalists and officials of the Bangla daily Janakantha on Monday alleged that Janakantha editor and publisher Shamima A Khan served the purposes of Awami League and an Indian intelligence agency and was still trying to serve their purposes.

Case filed against Janakantha editor, publisher, 54 others

A case was filed against 55 people, including Bangla daily Janakantha editor and publisher Shamima A Khan with the Hatirjheel police station in the early hours of Sunday over the allegations of creating mob in the office on Saturday evening.
