Bangladesh Submarine Cables PLC in a meeting on Sunday announced 40 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders of the company for the fiscal year 2024-2025.
The announcement was made at the 17th annual general meeting under the chairmanship of posts and telecommunication department secretary and chairman of the company Abdun Naser Khan, said a press release.聽
In the meeting, besides other statutory matters, 40pc cash dividend was declared for the shareholders of the company.
The meeting was, among others, attended by member of the board of directors of the company, Md Jane Alam, additional secretary, posts and telecommunication department; Bidyut Chandra Aich, joint secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology; and Professor Md Mustafa Akbar, department of computer science and engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
