The department of philosophy of Dhaka University, Dev Centre for Philosophical Studies and the Centre for Moral Development jointly organised various programmes to celebrate the World Philosophy Day on the DU campus on Thursday.
Chaired by chairperson of the department of philosophy Professor Md Nuruzzaman, DU arts faculty dean Professor Mohammad Siddiqur Rahman Khan, Professor Mohammad Daud Khan, Professor Shah Kawsar Mustafa and Centre for Moral Development director Professor AKM Yunus attended a discussion, said a press release.聽
Professor Mohammad Daud Khan presented the keynote titled Ethical and Rational Basis of Sustainable Business at the programme.
The welcome address was delivered by Tahmina Yasmin Shobha, associate professor of the department.
