Qatar will initially recruit 800 Bangladesh armed forces members on deputation.
An agreement formalising the recruitment was signed on Sunday in Doha, Qatar, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations.
Lieutenant General SM Kamrul Hasan, principal staff officer of the Armed Forces Division, signed on behalf of Bangladesh while Lieutenant General (Pilot) Jasim bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Chief of Staff, signed for Qatar.
