A five-day 鈥楩oundation Training Programme for Professional Development鈥� training for teachers recruited at various departments/institutes of the university was held recently at the initiative of the Chittagong University Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).
The concluding ceremony of the training was held at the conference room of the CU Vice-Chancellor鈥檚 Office on Thursday, said a press release.
The pro-vice-chancellor (academic) of Chittagong University, Professor Dr Mohammad Shamim Uddin Khan, was present as chief guest.
The certificate presentation ceremony was presided over by the IQAC director Professor Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain and additional director Professor Shahadat Hossain moderated the ceremony.
Professor Rokon Uddin Farooqui, additional director of CU ICT Cell and a trainer of this training was also present. 30 teachers from different institutes participated in the training in November 9-13.
