Amari Dhaka invites guests to embark on a sizzling culinary journey with its ‘Feast of Flames and flavor’, a celebration of global flavors where the timeless art of grilling meets the comforting warmth of slow-cooked curries.

Hosted at Amaya Food Gallery, this limited-time festival brings together recipes and traditions from the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond.

The feast showcases a spectacular variety — from Pahari Murg kebab, Tengri ki sholey, Mutton noonari sheekh kebab, Chicken leg boneless, Chapli Kebabs and the ever-popular Luckhnowye Tundi Kebabs.

Seafood lovers will relish the Lobster Kebab, delicately charred and subtly smoky, while vegetarians can enjoy an array of fresh salads, dips, and breads that complement the spread perfectly.

Curries take center stage too — rich Mutton Nehari, fragrant biryani, and a medley of regional gravies that tell stories of spice, heritage, and comfort. To end the meal, an indulgent dessert station features Om Ali, baklava, revani, and classic mousse cakes, ensuring the evening finishes on a sweet note.
