Dhaka Bank PLC hosted ‘Health Campaign and BMI Challenge 2025’ to promote a culture of health, well-being and work-life balance, said a press release.
The campaign commenced on May 14 and concluded on November 3.
This initiative encouraged employees to strive for a healthy Body Mass Index and to make meaningful lifestyle improvements over the challenge period.
At the concluding ceremony, prizes were presented by managing director (current charge) AKM Shahnawaj.
Among others, deputy managing directors AMM Moyen Uddin, Akhlaqur Rahman and Md Mostaque Ahmed were present.
Three female participants and three male ones won the challenge.
The female winners are Sabrina Tasnim Irena, Amina Tarannum Samia and Tahmina Tawhid. And male winners are Abrar Abdullah Saif, Md Jillur Rahman and Ibtesum Hossain Rana.
Dhaka Bank has long emphasised on talent development, continuous learning and employee engagement through a range of programmes. The BMI Challenge forms part of this broader framework, complementing other wellness and employee-centric initiatives of Dhaka Bank, said the release.
