The High Court on Thursday granted interim bail to freedom fighter and former Awami League minister Abdul Latif Siddique in a case filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
The bench of Justice ASM Abdul Mobin and Justice Md Sagir Hossain passed the order after hearing his bail petition.
Police arrested Latif Siddique and Dhaka University professor Sheikh Hafizur Rahman on August 29 during a discussion organised by Mancha 71 at Dhaka Reporters鈥� Unity.
