Sylhet Agricultural University celebrated its 19th founding anniversary through colourful programmes on Sunday with a festive mode.
A procession led by Vice-Chancellor Professor Md Alimul Islam, including faculty, officials, and students, was brought out from the administrative building to mark the anniversary.
The procession concluded at the Central Shaheed Minar after parading the university鈥檚 main streets.
A seminar titled 鈥楾he rule of agricultural education and research in poverty reduction and sustainable development after 鈥�24鈥簊 mass uprising禄 was also held.
