Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC on Wednesday held its board meeting, said a press release.
Chairman M Zubaidur Rahman presided over the meeting held at Islami Bank Tower in the capital.
Among others, executive committee chairman Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, audit committee chairman Md Abdus Salam, risk management committee chairman M Masud Rahman, independent director Md Abdul Jalil, managing director Md Omar Faruk Khan, Shariah supervisory committee member secretary Mohammad Abdus Samad and company secretary Md Habibur Rahman attended the meeting.
