Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation organised a comprehensive in-house training programme, focusing on enhancing document management skills and stress management techniques for its officers.
The workshop, inaugurated by the BSEC chairman Md Anwarul Alam, additional secretary on Monday, was designed to improve workplace efficiency and employee well-being, said a press release.
Md Obaidur Rahman, secretary of the ministry of industries, attended as the chief guest and led a pivotal session on stress management.
Chairman Anwarul Alam energised the participants through interactive, hands-on training, making the training both educational and engaging.
BSEC directors, and officers from grade 9 and above participated in the event. They collectively pledged to implement the newly acquired skills and knowledge in their daily work to improve overall performance.
