Midland Bank PLC signed an agreement with Olwel, a Finland-based company, which has developed an innovative digital service platform that connects qualified and trained general practitioners with patients, enabling them to receive medical care directly at home.
Under the partnership, all Midland Bank debit, credit and prepaid cardholders will enjoy 10 per cent discount on Telemedicine (GP doctors only) and doctor home visit services, 10 per cent discount on parent care plan and up to 25 per cent discount on home sample collection and lab tests (collection fees excluded) from Olwel.
Midland Bank chief technology officer Md Nazmul Huda Sarkar and Olwel medical operation director Feroz Salahuddin signed the agreement on October 22 at the bank鈥檚 head office at Gulshan-2 in the capital, said a press release.
Among others, Midland Bank cards head Md Abed-Ur-Rahman was present along with officials from both the organisations.
