Citizens Bank organised a training on 鈥楲eadership and Team Building for Work Excellence in Banking鈥� at its training academy recently, said a press release.
MD Alamgir Hossain inaugurated the training programme as chief guest and gave speech on different aspects of leadership and team building.
Among others, DMDs Md Mostafizur Rahman, Md Abdul Latif and Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management associate professor Shamsun Nahar were present on the occasion.
Senior executives, head of the divisions and branches of the bank also participated in the training programme.
