Islami Bank Training and Research Academy on Sunday organised a workshop on ‘Effective Auditing: Tools and Techniques,’ said a press release.
Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC managing director (current charge) Md Altaf Hossian inaugurated the workshop as chief guest at Islami Bank Tower in the capital.
Islami Bank deputy managing director KM Munirul Alam Al-Mamoon delivered the welcome speech. Executive vice-president Muhammad Obaidullah and vice president Md Rezaul Karim were also present at the event.
Bangladesh Bank director Md Alauddin Hossain, joint director Md Sahadat Hussain and deputy director Lenin Azad Polash along with Islami Bank senior vice-president Md Mizanur Rahman conducted different sessions of the workshop.
Executives and officials of Islami Bank’s audit and inspection division attended the workshop.
Course coordinator, faculty members from IBTRA and 110 officials participated in the workshop.
