Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC held a meeting of board of directors of on Monday at Islami Bank Tower in the capital, said a press release.
Chairman M Zubaidur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Among others, executive committee chairman Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, audit committee chairman Md Abdus Salam, risk management committee chairman M Masud Rahman, independent director Md Abdul Jalil, managing director (current charge) Md Altaf Hossain, Shariah supervisory committee member secretary Mohammad Abdus Samad and company secretary Md Habibur Rahman attended the meeting.
