Business development conference for the financial year 2025-26 of Bangladesh Krishi Bank鈥檚 Brahmanbaria Chief Region was held on Saturday.
The daylong event was organised by the bank鈥檚 Brahmanbaria Chief Regional Office with branch managers, field officers from all levels to discuss strategies for loan recovery, loan disbursement, deposit collection and remittance growth, said a press release.
BKB deputy managing director-1 Md Abdur Rahim was present as chief guest.
In his speech, the chief guest emphasised that deposits in Bangladesh Krishi Bank were 100 per cent secure.
He also gave various directives on deposit mobilisation, loan distribution, remittance collection, and recovery of defaulted loans.
Regional manager of Brahmanbaria Chief Region Mohammad Yusuf Khan presided over the event.
General manager of the loan recovery division of head office Md Mamunur Rashid attended the conference as a special guest.
General manager (in-charge) of Cumilla division Md Fateh Khan and divisional audit officer of Cumilla Divisional Audit Office Probir Kumar Das and other participants were also present on the occasion.
