The Foreign Investors’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry has partnered with Mind Mapper Bangladesh to offer leadership development programs as part of its flagship initiative, the FICCI Leadership Academy.

Member of the FICCI board of directors Ala Uddin Ahmad and Mind Mapper Bangladesh’s managing director and lead coach Ejazur Rahman signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday at the FICCI office, said a press release. 


As FICCI’s knowledge partner, Mind Mapper Bangladesh will design and deliver tailored, future-focused training programs aimed  at addressing market skill gaps and introducing high-demand topics, equipping Bangladesh’s workforce with the expertise and insights needed to succeed in today’s dynamic business environment.

Ala Uddin said, ‘This partnership will enable FICCI to deliver rich and tailored learning and development programs for professionals and aspiring leaders.’

He added that the broader corporate and business communities will also gain from the insights and experience of industry leaders, including senior executives from FICCI member companies, in addition to expert trainers.

‘Through this initiative, we aim to bridge skill gaps, inspire innovation, and empower professionals to thrive in a rapidly evolving business world,’ said Rubaba Dowla, member of the FICCI Board of Directors.

Ejazur said that this partnership is about combining strengths to create real impact for professionals and organizations in Bangladesh and beyond.
