
Popular retail chain shop Mithai has opened three new outlets in Tangail offering a wide range of traditional sweets and modern bakery items, said a press release.
The outlets were officially launched on September 10 at Press Club, old Bus Stand and Akur Takur para of Tangail town.
SM Hafizur Rahman, chief operating officer of Mithai, Anisul Islam, head of marketing, Amitav Ray, assistant general manager, Jahid Hasan, operation manager (Tangail) and Masum Billah, deputy brand manager, and senior officials of the company were present during the opening ceremony.
The new showrooms will feature not only traditional sweets but also birthday and festival cakes, pastries, fast food and an assortment of bakery products.
With growing popularity among food lovers, Mithai already operates 240 outlets across the country, including in the capital city Dhaka.Â
