The metro rail station at Dhaka University will remain closed on Tuesday due to the Dhaka University Central Students鈥� Union (DUCSU) elections.
A notification, signed by senior assistant secretary of Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Company Limited Rafiqul Haque, on Monday said that the metro rail station at DU will also remained closed from 4:00pm to 10:00pm on the day.
A 13-day-long campaigning amid a festive atmosphere for the much-awaited Dhaka University Central Students鈥� Union and hall union elections came to an end on Sunday with promises from most panels and candidates mainly to free the campus of politics of repression.
