NRBC Bank on Thursday concluded its ten-day foundation training course, said a press release.

The closing ceremony of the training programme was held at the bank鈥檚 training institute.


Managing director and chief executive officer Md Touhidul Alam Khan attended as chief guest and distributed certificates among the participants.

Among others, deputy managing director and chief financial officer Harunur Rashid, human resources head Hafiz Imroz Mahmud and training institute coordinator Md Abdullah-Al-Wadud were present on the occasion.

In his speech, Md Touhidul Alam Khan emphasised that there was no alternative to training for developing skilled human resources.

He highlighted the importance of structured training programmes to achieve service excellence, ensure compliance with regulations and enhance operational stability.

A total of 42 officials from various branches, sub-branches and division from head office participated in the training.

On the closing day, the top three trainees received special recognition.

The ten-day course covered essential areas including general banking operations, compliance, customer service, credit management, anti-money laundering, risk management and digital banking systems, among other important topics, the release said.
