Meghna Life Insurance PLC on Thursday approved 15 per cent cash dividend for ordinary shareholders for the year 2024, said a press release.
The company took the decision during its 29th annual general meeting held on a virtual platform on the day.
Chairman Nizam Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.
Among others, vice-chairman Nasir Uddin Ahmed (Pavel), directors Riaz Uddin Ahmed, ANM Fazlul Karim Munshi, Md Moin Uddin, Sabita Ferdousi, Sharmin Nasir, Dilruba Sharmin and Ansar Ali attended the meeting.
Senior officials of the company, including chief executive officer (in-charge) Mohammed Tarek was also present.
